💳 PAYMENT POLICY
Q: When is payment due?
Your costume registration is only confirmed once a down payment is made. Costumes must be paid in full before collection.
Q: What is the down payment requirement?
- All costumes require a USD down payment (amount varies by costume).
- If you’re ordering an add-on (e.g. backpack), an additional down payment will be required.
Q: How can I pay?
You can make payments:
- In person at the Luxe Mas Camp (cash or credit card)
- Online via our secure payment portal
🔔 Note: Cheques will not be accepted.
Q: If I select a costume and leave it in my cart, is it secured?
No. Costumes are not secured until a deposit is made.

📅 Aug 20 – Balance of Initial Deposit (Pre-Registrants)
📅 Aug 21 – General Registration Opens / 1st Deposit Due
📅 Sept 15 – 50% of Total Due
📅 Oct 15 – 75% of Total Due
📅 Nov 17 – 90% of Total Due
📅 Dec 14 – Final Payment Due

Q: Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
All Luxe Carnival costumes are custom-made, therefore once a down payment is made, it is non-refundable. However, you may resell your costume on our MasOS Marketplace.
Q: Can I switch sections or sizes after registering?
Unfortunately, no. After registration:
- 🚫 NO section switching
- 🚫 NO size or measurement changes
- 🚫 NO costume transfers
- 🚫 NO returns or exchanges

📦 COSTUME COLLECTION
Q: How do I collect my costume?
Costumes must be collected in person with a valid government-issued ID. Costumes will only be released to the registered masquerader unless an authorized collector is listed.
Q: Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes! You may designate an authorized collector via MasOS. They must present a valid government-issued ID upon collection.
Q: When and where can I collect my costume?
The official costume distribution schedule will be shared via email, social media, and Luxe Carnival’s website. Please monitor these channels for your section’s designated pickup time and location.
Q: What happens if I don’t collect my costume?
Any costume not collected by December 30, 2025 (Carnival Week) will be considered forfeited. Costumes will remain the property of Luxe Carnival, and all payments will be forfeited.
Q: What if I’m traveling and will miss my assigned collection time?
No problem! You may:
- Assign an authorized collector
- Or collect your costume on the final distribution day, when all sections will be available for pickup.
Q: Do I own the costume once I make a payment?
Costumes remain the property of Luxe Carnival until they are paid in full and collected.
